It Is A Popular Leisure Destination, A Recognized Educational Institution And An Event Location. Plants From All Over The World Grow On The 3.2 Hectare Facility, From Native Flora To Trees And Perennials From America, Asia And Australia To Important Useful And Medicinal Plants. The Display Greenhouse Is Part Of The Botanika Bremen. This Also Includes The Kaisenhaus And Mendehaus As Show Houses, The South House As An Entrance Area And The Foyer On The West Side. Five Additional Greenhouses On The East Side Are Used For Growing Plants. The Butterfly House With A Gibbon Enclosure Was Built On The South Side Of The Show House. In The Southwest There Is A Solid Building For The Visitor And Learning Center In Front Of The Showhouse As Well As The Administration. In Front Of This To The West Are The Training And Seminar Rooms For Use By Advanced School Courses And University Laboratory Events. The Msr System Structure Of The Entire System Follows The Building And System Structure. The Control Technology Is Housed In Information Focal Points (Isp). Each Isp Is Equipped With An Automation Station (Ddc), Consisting Of A Controller, Input And Output Modules, Manual Control Level And Power Switching Parts.
