The Delegate Will Ensure The Administrative, Technical And Commercial Operation Of The Public Service: Reception And Management Of Users (General Public, Schools, Associations, Etc.) For The Practice Of Swimming And Leisure Activities, Implementation Of The Proposed Entertainment Program , Safety Management, Operation And Upkeep/Maintenance As Well As Major Maintenance Renewal (Ger) Of Equipment And Some Investments. The Delegate Carries Out The Activity At His Own Risk, And Is Remunerated By The Operating Revenues From The Delegated Activities And The Contributions Paid By The Municipality In Compensation For Public Service Constraints. It Bears All Operating Costs Of The Public Service.
