Tenders are invited to provide two (2) Cyclic Patrol Vehicles and crew, to carry out various cyclic maintenance activities within the Whakatane District Council boundaries. The work includes, but not limited to; Incident Response. Sealed Road maintenance. Unsealed road maintenance. Drainage maintenance. Structures maintenance. Environmental maintenance. Traffic Services maintenance. Cycle Path maintenance. Footpath maintenance. The Conditions of Contract shall be NZS 3917:2013. The contract works is for three (3) years from 1st October 2024 (or from the date of acceptance if later than 1st October 2024) to 30 th September 2027. Based on the contract performance, there will be an opportunity to extend the contract for a further two (2) year extension. No on-site meeting is proposed.
