The legal consulting service provider should be committed to offering comprehensive legal consulting services to BIX. They must have a strong understanding of all telecommunications laws, regulations, and international legal frameworks relevant to both the international and local telecommunications sectors. The legal consulting service provider should have experience in the communications sector, particularly with a focus on Internet service providers (ISPs).
