Architectural, Engineering And Surveying Services – Development Of A Digital Technical Map Of The Ústí Region. The Subject Of The Performance Is The Second Wave Of Acquisition Of The Data Content Of The Digital Technical Map Of The Ústí Region - In The Form Of Consolidation And In The Form Of Acquisition Of Data On The Basic Geographical Situation (Hereinafter Zps), Transport Infrastructure (Hereinafter Di) And Technical Infrastructure (Hereinafter Ti) For Information The System Of Digital Technical Maps Of The Ústí Region (Hereinafter Is Dtm). The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Order Is Part Of The Project Development Of Digital Technical Maps Of The Ústí Region, Which Is Co-Financed Within The Framework Of The National Renewal Plan, - Priority Axes Of The Digital High-Capacity Network - Call V. With The Aim Of Increasing The Number Of Objects Of Digital Technical Maps (Dtm). The Obligation To Make Is Dtm Available Is Imposed On The Regions By Act No. 47/2020 Coll., Which Amends Act No. 200/1994 Coll., On Surveying And On The Amendment And Addition Of Certain Laws Related To Its Introduction, As Amended, Act No. 183/ 2006 Coll., On Spatial Planning And Building Regulations (Building Act), As Amended, And Other Related Laws. As Of July 1, 2024, Decree No. 393/2020 Coll., On The Digital Technical Map Of The Region (Hereinafter Referred To As The Decree) Will Come Into Effect. The Subject Of Fulfillment Is Divided Into 6 Stages. The Schedule With The Time Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Specification Of The Individual Stages Is Given In The Appendix Entitled Technical Specification In Article 4 Entitled Project Schedule.
