Tenders are invited for Project Final Evaluation Consultancy on Improve Access to Quality Education for Vulnerable children aged 3-5 · Individual Consultant/firm needs to meet the qualification requirement below: o At least master degree in Early Childhood Education, Art of Education, Social Science, Rural Development, Project Management, Business Administration, and/ other related fields; o Relevant professional training in Development Study and PM&E; o At least with five-year practical experiences in research and strategy/organizational development /project management and review; o Extensive experience in working with international and local organizations in Cambodia specifically the context of rural education, nutrition, parental education, primary health care, and civic engagement; o A deep understanding of the education sector in Cambodia particularly the ECCD; o Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; o Good qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; o Good reporting and presentation skills; o Punctuality and availability to complete the task on time.
