Procurement Plan for Construction of Public Housing Developments at Kam Sheung Road Site 1 Phases 1 & 2, Yuen Long. Brief Description of Work (Nature & Quantity): Nine 15 to 17 storey domestic blocks (total 3,748 flats), with 28 nos. of 900kg, 1.75m/s lifts. MRL lifts: 2 nos. of 1000kg, 1.0m/s, 4 landings each (Double-sided Elevator). Escalators: 2 nos. of 8.1m rise (outdoor type). Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) is to be adopted for the project.
