Procurement Plan for Lift and Escalator Installation and Maintenance of Lift and Escalator Installation Brief Description of Work (Nature & Quantity): Four 28 to 35 storey domestic blocks (total 2,860 flats) with 11 nos. of 900kg, 1.75m/s lifts; 6 nos. of 900kg, 2.5m/s lifts; 6 nos. of 900kg, 3.5m/s lifts. MRL lifts: 10 nos. of 1000kg to 1600kg, 1.0m/s to 1.75m/s, around 2 to 5 landings each Escalators: 3 nos. of 4.5m to 5.0m rise (outdoor type) Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) is to be adopted for the project.
