Procurement Plan for Construction of Public Housing Development at Tung Chung Area 42 Phases 1 and 2 Brief Description of Work (Nature & Quantity): Six 37 to 43 storey domestic blocks (total 6,372 flats) with 4 nos. of 900kg, 1.75m/s lifts; 11 nos. of 900kg, 2.5m/s lifts; 27 nos. of 900kg, 3.5m/s lifts. MRL lifts: 13 nos. of 900kg to 1600kg, 1.75m/s, around 3 to 6 landings each Escalators: 4 nos. of 6m rise (outdoor type). Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) is to be adopted for the project. Building Information Modelling is to be adopted for the project.
