Procurement Plan for Construction of Public Housing Development at Shek Li Street, Kwai Chung Brief Description of Work (Nature & Quantity): Two 45 storey domestic blocks (total 1,800 flats) with 6 nos. of 900kg, 2.5m/s lifts; 8 nos. of 900kg, 3.5m/s lifts. MRL lifts: 9 nos. of 900kg to 1600kg, 1.75m/s, around 2 to 6 landings each. Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) is to be adopted for the project.
