Procurement Plan for Lift Installation for Construction of Public Housing Development at Wang Chau Site B Brief Description of Work (Nature & Quantity): Four 38 storey domestic blocks (total 1,870 flats) with 6 nos. of 900kg, 1.75m/s lifts; 6 nos. of 900kg, 2.5m/s lifts; 8 nos. of 900kg, 3.5m/s lifts. MRL lifts: 7 nos. of 900kg to 1600kg, 1.0m/s to 1.75m/s, around 2 to 7 landings each. Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) is to be adopted for the project.
