Procurement Plan for Lift Installation and Maintenance of Lift Installation Brief Description of Work (Nature & Quantity): One 31 storey domestic block (total 403 flats) with 4 nos. of 900kg, 2.5m/s lifts. MRL lifts: 3 nos. of 1600kg, 1.75m/s, 5 landings each. Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) is to be adopted for the project.
