Procurement Plan for Fire Services and Water Pump Installation for Construction of Public Housing Redevelopment at Mei Tung Estate (Older Part) Brief Description of Work (Nature & Quantity): Four 28 to 35 storey domestic blocks (total 2,860 flats), estate management office, footbridge, kindergarten, refuse collection point, carpark, HDs office, retail facilities and social welfare premises. Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) is to be adopted for the project. Building Information Modelling is to be adopted for the project.
