Procurement Plan for Lift and Escalator Installation for Construction of Public Housing Development at at Ying Yip Road, Tseung Kwan O Brief Description of Work (Nature & Quantity): Two 36 to 38 storey domestic block (total 1628 flats) with 3 nos. of 900kg, 1.75m/s lifts; 3 nos. of 900kg, 3.5m/s lifts; 3 nos. of 1,250kg, 1.75m/s lifts; 3 nos. of 1,250kg, 3.5m/s lifts. MRL lifts: 7 nos. of 1250kg to 1600kg, 1.75m/s, around 3 to 5 landings each. Escalators: 8 nos. of 2.3m to 3.5m rise (outdoor type) Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) is to be adopted for the project.
