This Request For Information (“Rfi”) Is Issued By The Ontario Government’S Ministry Of Legislative Affairs To Support The Restoration Project Of The Ontario Legislative Building Of Ontario Known As The “Queens Park Restoration Project”. The Purpose Of The Rfi Is Gather Information About The Marketplace In Order To Assist In The Determination Of Future Project Delivery Options And/Or Requirements. Respondents Are Asked To Provide Responses To Some Or All Critical And General Questions Related To The Following Areas Of This Project: Delivery Partner Qualifications, Heritage Restoration, Modernization, Construction, Design, Accessibility, Project Management, Budgeting And Timelines, Security, Innovation, Risk Management And Community Engagement. The Primary Objective Of This Rfi Is To Gather Information On What The Marketplace Considers Are Key Considerations For This Project, Assess The Capabilities Of Experienced Vendors/Suppliers And Allow Subject Matter Experts An Opportunity To Provide Input Into The Project.
