Bydgoska 13/15 In Stargard - In Some Of The Rooms Used By The Stargard District - On Behalf Of Which The District Roads Authority In Stargard Acts. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, All Necessary Construction Works Are Planned, Including The Modernization Of The Office Building At Ul. The Implementation Of The Above Works, Further Related To Interchangeable Works, Cannot Be Intended To Violate The Principles Of Fair Competition And Equal Treatment;36) Works Performed In An Interchangeable Manner Are Also Considered To Be Works Which Do Not Go Beyond Specifying The Subject Of The Contract;37) Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities, In Actual Quantities Exceeding The Quantities Assumed In The Bill Of Quantities - Are Works That Fall Within The Subject Of The Basic Contract And Do Not Go Beyond The Definition Of The Subject Of The Contract - Provided That Their Execution Is Necessary To Achieve The Purpose (Result) Intended In The Design Documentation;38) All Works Not Provided For In The Offer Price (And In Including Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities) Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract, Not Exceeding The Specification Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, Are Covered By The Subject Matter Of The Contract, And Their Execution Takes Place As Part Of The Basic Contract;39) In Justified Cases, It Is Allowed To Limit The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E.
