The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Supervision Services Within The Meaning Of The Spatial Planning Act During The Implementation Of A Site Construction Supervision Of A Site Remodeling, Reconstruction And Extension Of An Existing Sports Hall, A New Sports Hall And Administrative Buildings In The Multifunctional Sports Hall, Radomir. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2/ 31.07.2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, Ordinance No. 3/ 31.07.2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordinance On Essential Requirements For Construction And Assessing The Compliance Of Construction Products And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In Bulgaria. When Exercising Construction Supervision, The Consultant Performs The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Specific Services Under The Territorial Planning Act, And Within The Scope Of The Contract, The Following Should Be Performed: Activity No. 1 - Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Site, From The Preparation/Opening Of The Construction Site To The Acceptance And Commissioning, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And Guaranteeing The Implementation Of The Bulgarian Regulatory Requirements; Activity No. 2 - Performing The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works; Activity No. 3 - Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut And On A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of Zut And Ordinance No. 5/ 28.12.2006
