Railway Construction Works – Design And Execution Of Works Related To The Investment Objective Modernization Of The Railway Infrastructure Between The Bucharest Nord-Jilava-Giurgiu Nord-Giurgiu Nord Frontieră Railway Stations - Lot 2. The Bucharest Nord - Jilava - Giurgiu Nord - Giurgiu Nord Frontieră Railway Line Is Part Of The Ten-T Networks And Has Been Identified And Defined As A Conventional Railway Line That Needs To Be Modernized. The Bucharest Nord - Giurgiu Nord Railway Line Is The First Line Established In Romania And Is Part Of The Agc, Agtc And T.E.R. Networks. The Cf Bucharest Nord - Giurgiu Nord - Giurgiu Nord Frontieră Line Is An Important Line, Within The Railway Network In Romania, Because It Takes International European Traffic From The 2 Central Corridors On The Territory Of Romania And Connects The Rhine - Danube Corridor (The Former Corridor Iv) And The Countries Of Southeastern Europe (Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey), By Crossing The Danube On The Friendship Bridge, In The Border Sector Between Romania And Bulgaria. The Railway Route That Is The Subject Of This Specification Runs Between The Bucharest Progresu – Jilava – Giurgiu Nord – Giurgiu Nord Frontieră Stations And Is Composed Of The Following Railway Lines: 103, 106.  Line 103 (București Progresu Km 5+421 - Giurgiu Oraș Station Km 67+332), Line Where Modernization Works Are Being Carried Out (Except For The 12.02 Km Vidra-Comana Interval (Lot 1) Currently Under Construction) And Electrification;  Line 106. (Ax Station Giurgiu Nord Km 64+044 – Ax Pod Russe Km 69+700), Line On Which Modernization And Electrification Works Are Being Carried Out. On The Cf Progresu – Jilava – Giurgiu Nord – Giurgiu Nord Frontieră Sector, Rehabilitation And Electrification Works Will Be Planned, Including Ertms Level 2 With Their Analysis And Integration In Cnmt Bucharest. The Main Objectives Of The Investment, Objectives That Define Both The Necessity And The Opportunity Of The Investment, Are:  Reducing The Travel Time By Increasing The Traffic Speed On The Entire Section;  Improving The Safety Conditions Of Railway Traffic;  Improving Comfort During Travel While Managing The Reduction Of Pollutant Emissions And The Negative Impact On The Environment.  Attracting Travelers And Freight Carriers, From Car Traffic To Rail Traffic, On The C.F. Route. Bucharest North – Jilava - Giurgiu Nord - Giurgiu Nord Border. In Accordance With Gd 907/2016 Regarding The Elaboration Stages And The Framework Content Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Investment Objectives/Projects Financed From Public Funds, With The Subsequent Amendments, As Well As With The Provisions Of Art. 14 Para. (1) From Law 99/2016 In Conjunction With Art. 117, Paragraph (1) Of The Same Normative Act, Based On The Estimated General Estimate, The Estimated Value Of The Contract For The Modernization Of The Railway Infrastructure Between The Bucharest Nord-Jilava-Giurgiu Nord-Giurgiu Nord Frontieră Stations – Lot 2 Was Determined, As Follows: Value Estimated Value Of The Contract As 2,259,457,149.97 Lei, Excluding Vat, Of Which:  The Estimated Value For The Design Services Is 57,349,502.11 Lei, Excluding Vat;  Estimated Value For E
