The Maximilian Kolbe School, Sponsored By The Diocese Of Trier, Was Built Around 1975 As A Reinforced Concrete Skeleton Construction (Tt Beam Ceilings On The Ground Floor And Upper Floors) Or Reinforced Concrete/Masonry Construction (Basement Floor) With Non-Load-Bearing System Partition Walls (So-Called Mechel Walls) As Interior Walls And A Curtain Post-And-Beam Façade. The Building Has 5 Floors (Ug-3Rd Floor) And A Technical Floor. Due To The Age Of The Building, There Are Deficits In Terms Of Technical Systems, Fire Protection, Energy Balance, Etc., Which Are To Be Remedied During The Renovation. The Tiling And Slab Laying Work Takes Place In The 2Nd And 3Rd Construction Phases Of The Overall Renovation Project, Which Consists Of A Total Of 3 Construction Phases. The Tiling And Slab Laying Work Includes Approx. 350M² Of Wall And Approx. 450M² Of Floor Tiles. This Includes The Composite Sealing Of Walls And Floors To A Corresponding Extent. Base Coverings Must Also Be Laid And Tile Coverings Must Be Installed On Door Openings And Supports. The Scope Of Services Also Includes 7 Crystal Mirrors And An Entrance Mat System. The Work Is To Be Carried Out In The 2Nd Ba From July 30Th, 2024 To August 27Th, 2024, And In The 3Rd Ba From February 2Nd, 2026 To March 27Th, 2026. The Work Will Take Place In The Individual Construction Phases, With The Exception Of School Holidays, During Ongoing School Operations.
