Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Or Renovation Of 103 Community Toilet-Bathing Units

Tenders are invited for The Package includes construction, reconstruction or renovation of 103 Community toilet-bathing Units at 103 sites in 07 different LICs (Low Income Communities) of Dhaka city under DESWS Project. This Package comprises 74 Units of new construction or reconstruction and 29 Units of renovation works. The newly constructed Units have a total 235 chambers including 147 toilet chambers and 88 bathing chambers. The LICs under this Package exist within MODE Zone 4, 5 and 10 of Dhaka WASA. The design of each community toilet-bathing WASH block comprises septic tank, soak-well, superstructure, ram /stair (as applicable), electrification, running water system, etc. The selected construction sites are situated within the LICs where transport can enter seldom from adjacent roads; therefore, construction materials need to be carried manually to the sites in most cases.
