Tenders are invited for Consultant on Cambodia Access to Finance (A2F) Research Study Scope of Work Critical components of this study will be interviewing farmers, AC staff, AC committee and financial institutions in person, in the local language, and making observation of their use of financial and other software and tools. Therefore, the research consultant or vendor (the Consultant") will perform the following sendees: Kick-off call with the appropriate Heifer teams to understand the full context, goals and objectives of the study; Create and review with Heifer initial drafts of: The overall study design to collect, analyze and present the data: The questionnaire(s) and observation scorecards that will be used; Database development, data entiy, and data analysis and reporting. Sampling The project plan; Translation of surveys into local language(s); Recruitment and training of research assistants to conduct phone interviews; Data collection, including in-person interviews and observations; Ongoing quality control of data collected; Regular updates to Heifer stakeholders; Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, including translation into English of all qualitative data; Preparation of Deliverables (see below); Sending of final Deliverables to Heifer; Scheduling and leading of thirty to sixty (30-60) minute Results Calls with Heifer to discuss results.
