The organizations main sectors of intervention are WASH, livelihood, peace & governance in Jubaland and Gedo region. Information about the project The organization is currently Implementing an anticipatory Emergency WASH project funded by the Somali Humanitarian Fund (SHF) titled Improving access to lifesaving WASH services for anticipated flood-affected vulnerable populations in Luuq district, Gedo Region.. The project aims to improve access to lifesaving WASH services for anticipated flood-affected vulnerable populations in the Luuq district, Gedo Region. The project is expected to run for 8 months between 25 Mar 2024 to 24 Nov 2024. Its WASH activities will focus on both immediate and sustainable WASH intervention and will benefit 15,000 flood-affected people (5,974 women, 3,120 girls, 3,891 men, and 2,015 boys) in 7 IDP camps/settlements in Luuq district.
