The Hillmorton Food Services Heating and Cooling Upgrade comprises of three main deliverables of the upgrade project (Electrical Cooking Equipment, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) - Heat Pump System and an Electrical upgrade). The Hillmorton Food Services Heating and Cooling Upgrade is focused on converting from the provision of steam to electricity for heating and cooking. This RFP refers to the electrical upgrade.
