The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes: 1) Preparatory Works Related To Securing The Construction Site And Providing Facilities, 2) Drainage Of The Pond Basin, 3) Manual Cutting And Clearing Of Bushes And Plating,4) Desilting The Reservoir,5) Maintenance Of The Ditch,6) Strengthening The Slopes Of The Pond, 7) Strengthening The Ditch,8) Repairing The Drainage Structure,9) Installing A Water Gauge,10) Cleaning Works,11) Preparing Acceptance Documentation And Carrying Out Other Duties On The Contractor,12) The Contractor Is Also Obliged, Among Others, To: To Perform Other Activities Provided For In Chapter Iii, Point 7 And In §4 Section 2 Of The Draft Contract.
