The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers, Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers, Does Not Intend To Conclude A Framework Agreement, Does Not Provide For The Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction, And Does Not Allow Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs Or Attaching Electronic Catalogs To The Offer.5. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 462 Section 2 Of The Act Requires The Contractor To Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Companies (Names) Of Possible Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Procedure.7. The Ordering Party Informs In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act, That If Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes That Characterize Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In This Tor, It Is Presumed That They Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent In Terms Of Functionality And Utility. Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 6 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Will Apply The Equivalence Criteria Specified In The Procurement Documentation, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement.8. Moreover, The Ordering Party Informs That Each Time Referring To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And/Or Section 3 Of The Act, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence, That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Extent.9. The Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects Is 48 Months. The Contractor Specifies The Maximum Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects In The Offer Form. The Guarantee And Warranty Period Begins On The Day The Parties Sign The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract. And 10. The Contractor Will Obtain Or Dispose Of Demolition Materials On His Own In Accordance With Applicable Law, Taking Into Account The Resulting Costs When Pricing The Subject Of The Order.11. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Will Provide, At Its Own Expense And Risk, All Necessary Materials, Technical Equipment And Equipment, And Will Provide Appropriately Qualified And Experienced Staff And Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Task, Enabling The Execution Of The Order Within The Specified Time.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With Its Appropriate Knowledge, Experience And Executive Potential, Ensuring The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order With Due Care, Quality And Work Organization.13. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Execution Of The Entire Order. The Task Is Carried Out With The Use Of The Masovian Voivodeships Own Funds As Part Of The Support Program Mazowsze For Local Integration Centers 2024.
