12.1. The Subject Of This Order Is: Relocation Of A Wooden Barn From Lisie Jam, Entered In The Register Of Monuments, To The Kresowa Osada In Basznia Dolna. As Part Of The Task, The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. As Part Of The Basic Order, It Is Planned To Demolish A Barn On The Plot No. Gr. 308 In Lisie Jamy At Ul. Wspólna And Moving The Wooden Barn From Lisie Jam, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments, To The Kresowa Osada In Basznia Dolna. The Barn Entered Into The Register Of Monuments A-1640 Of November 25, 2019. Permission Of The Starosta Of Lubaczów: Decision No. 609/2021 Of November 17, 2021. As Part Of The Optional Order, The Following Works Are Planned: • Option No. 1 - Renovation And Conservation Of Other Facilities In The Kresowa Osada Area Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments• Option No. 2 - Adapting A Historic Barn For An Exhibition Of Old Agricultural Equipment In Basznia Dolna - Lighting• Option No. 3 - Adapting A Historic Barn For An Exhibition Of Old Agricultural Equipment In Basznia Dolna - Protection And Designation Of Exhibitsthe Scope Of Construction Works Planned To Be Performed As Part Of The Investment Is Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Basic Scope And Optional Scope). The Condition For The Ordering Party To Exercise The Option Right Will Be To Have Financial Resources For The Order Covered By The Option Right Resulting, Among Others, From: From Obtaining Savings In The Tender Procedure Or From Obtaining Additional Financial Resources. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right, Depending On Financial Possibilities, In Full Or In Part. The Condition For The Ordering Party To Activate The Option Right Is To Submit A Written Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Right Options While Indicating The Scope Of The Option Right. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Ordering Party Informs That The Deadline For Completing The Optional Order Is The Same As The Deadline For Completing The Basic (Guaranteed) Order, Specified In Point 14 Of This Tor. Therefore, The Exercise Of The Option Right, I.E. The Submission Of The Declaration Referred To Above, Will Take Place No Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. After This Deadline, The Ordering Party Will Not Be Able To Exercise The Option Right, Unless The Order Completion Deadline Is Extended Based On The Conditions Arising From The Provisions Of Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Draft Contractual Provisions. In This Case, The Deadline For Submitting A Declaration Of Exercise Of The Option Right Will Be Extended By The Period Resulting From The Extension Of The Order Execution Deadline. The Provisions Of The Tor Relating To The Guaranteed (Basic) Part Of The Subject Of The Order Shall Apply Accordingly To The Part Covered By The Option Right.12.2.
