Detailed Scope Of Investor Supervision: 1) Supervision Over The Correct Implementation Of The Investment, 2) Checking The Compliance Of The Works With The Project, Regulations And Applicable European And Polish Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 3) Checking The Quality Of The Works Performed, Built-In Construction Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Defective Construction Products And Not Approved For Use In Construction, 4) Checking And Acceptance Of Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, 5) Giving Opinions On Material Applications (Submitted By Construction Contractors) In Terms Of Compliance With The Assumptions Of The Design Documentation For Materials To Be Incorporated, 6 ) Participation In Acceptance And Preparation And Participation In Acceptance Activities Of Completed Construction Works And Their Submission For Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party, 7) Participation In Committees Appointed By The Ordering Party, 8) Confirmation Of Completed Works And Removal Of Defects, As Well As, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Controlling Construction Settlements, 9) Issuing Instructions To The Construction Manager: To Remove Irregularities Or Threats, To Perform Tests Or Examinations, Including Those Requiring The Discovery Of Works Or Hidden Elements, And To Present Expert Opinions On The Construction Works Carried Out, Evidence Of Approval For Marketing And Use Of Construction Products And Technical Devices In Construction, 10) Requesting The Construction Manager To Make Corrections Or Re-Perform Defective Works, As Well As To Suspend Further Construction Works In The Event That Their Continuation Could Pose A Threat Or Result In Non-Compliance With The Design Or Construction Permit, 11) Control Of The Timeliness Of The Works In Relation To The Schedule, 12) Protection The Interests Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Technical And Economic Matters Under The Design Documentation, Construction Law And Contract For The Implementation Of Construction Works, 13) Travel To And Stay At The Construction Site In The Amount Necessary For Proper Supervision, Starting From The Date Of Commencement Of The Service - The Presence Of At Least 2 People Is Required Times A Week And At Each Request Of The Ordering Party In Matters Requiring Immediate Action By The Investors Supervision, 14) Notifying The Ordering Party Immediately (No Later Than Within 24 Hours) Of Irregularities Occurring On The Construction Site, 15) Participating In The Protocol Handover Of The Construction Site To The Contractor, 16) Informing The Ordering Party About Any Circumstances That May Affect The Timeliness And Correctness Of The Works Carried Out By The Contractor And About The Occurrence Of Circumstances Unforeseen In The Design Documentation, 17) Keeping Documentation Of The Supervisions Carried Out In The Form Of Reports For The Ordering Party, 18) Reporting To The Designer Any Reservations Of The Construction Contractor Or The Ordering Party Regarding The Documentation Design And Making Appropriate Arrangements Or Providing Explanations, 19) Preparation And Participation In Acceptance Activities, Including In Particular Receiving From The Contractor Of Construction And Installation Works Complete Certificates, Attestations, Guarantees And Confirmation In The Construction Documentation Of The Completion Of All Works Covering The Subject Of The Order, Constituting The Basis For Signing Final Acceptance Report By The Investor.3.
