A Complete Engineering Group Will Be Offered Which Will Cover Defense Forces Overall Needs For Assistance When Carrying Out The Projects. The Projects To Be Carried Out Include The Rehabilitation And New Construction Of Quays With Associated Infrastructure, Construction And Rehabilitation Of Buildings Within Various Categories, Establishment Of Roads And Infrastructure, Site Preparation And Bulk Handling, Etc. Planned Projects Will Include Both Execution Contracts And Turnkey Contracts, And The Main Work Under The Contract Will Be Detailed Design, Preparation Of Competition Basis And Work Basis, Assistance With Follow-Up During Construction, Assistance With Completion Of Fdvu Documentation. Some Travel To Other Locations Must Be Expected In Connection With The Execution Of The Assignments, Respectively Ramsund In Tjeldsund Municipality, Sortland Municipality And Trondenes In Harstad Municipality. Travel Costs, Diet And Board, As Well As Travel Time Are Covered To These Locations In Accordance With The Governments Regulations. The Projects And Expected Delivery From The Engineering Group Will Be Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents, Part Iii, At The Invitation Of Tenders, As Well As At A Detailed Project Review For Qualified Tenderers After Pre-Qualification. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Tender If There Is A Factual Reason, For Example In The Event Planned Funding Or Lack Of Political Or Military Approval.
