Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Steel Structure Buffer Godown For Urea Fertilizer At 03(Three) Sites Namely Sathkhira (10000Mt), Jessore (15000Mt) And Narail (10000Mt) Eligibility Of Tenderer: A) General Experience: The Minimum Number Of Years Of General Experience Of The Tenderer In The Construction Works As Prime Contractor Or Subcontractor Or Management Contractor Shall Be 12 (Twelve) Years. [Years Counting Backward From The Date Of Publication Of Ift In The Newspaper] ) Specific Experience: (I) For Lot-01: Construction Of Steel Structure Buffer Godown For Urea Fertilizer At Sathkhira (10000Mt), Jessore (15000Mt) And Narail (10000Mt) Sites. The Minimum Specific Experience As A Prime Contractor Or Subcontractor Or Management Contractor In Construction Works Of At Least 02(Two) Contracts In The Field Of Construction Of Steel Structures I.E. Steel Structured Go-Down / Steel Structured Industry Building Or Other Steel Structured Installation Works Successfully Completed Within The Last 10 (Ten) Years, Each With A Value Of At Least Tk. 45,00,00,000/-(Taka Forty Five Crores Only) In Government/Semi-Government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization. Where Steel Structure Component Value Should Be At Least 30% Of Completed Total Contract Value. [Years Counting Backward From The Date Of Publication Of Ift In The Newspaper] Rcc Based Work Such As Road, Water Tank, Basement Or Work Of Similar Nature Will Not Be Considered As Steel Structure Construction. C)The Required Average Annual Construction Turnover Shall Be Greater Than I)For Lot-01: Tk.140 Crores. Over The Best 03 (Three)Years In The Last 05 (Five) Years. [Years Counting Backward From The Date Of Publication Of Ift In The Newspaper] Tenderer Must Submit Proofs Of The Turnover Amount I.E. Certified Payments Received For Contracts In Progress Or Completed. Documentary Evidence Must Be Supplied In Support Of Proper Taxation And Vat Imposition Of Payments. The Certificate From Nbr That Proves The Turnover Amount Can Be Submitted. D) The Minimum Amount Of Liquid Assets I.E. (I) The Certification Of Successful Completion Of A Similar Nature Works With Attached Noa, Work Order, Payment Certificate Etc. (J) All Steel Material For Steel Structure Construction Must Be Supplied From Iso-9001 Certified Manufacturer. In This Case Original Contractual Agreement From Concerned Iso-9001 Certified Manufacturing Company And Their Iso-9001 Certificate Must Be Submitted By The Tenderer With The Tender.
