Tenders are invited for Civil Engineering Services at Albion Housing Development, Manchester The NOT requires the services of a registered civil engineering firm to provide pre-construction consultancy services to facilitate the development of approximately 820 housing solutions on 133.1 hectares (329 acres) of land at Albion, Manchester. The successful consultant will be required to: carry-out on-site and off-site reconnaissance and checks before starting designing activities tor the development investigate, plan and design the civil infrastructure for the development prepare all related design drawings and specifications obtain all the related design approvals from the relevant agencies and authorities prepare the tender and contract documents to facilitate the procuement of the contractor for the works.
