The successful consultant will be required to: carry-out on-site and off-site reconnaissance and checks before starting designing activities tor the development investigate, plan and design the civil infrastructure for the development prepare all related design drawings and specifications obtain all the related design approvals from the relevant agencies and authorities prepare the tender and contract documents to facilitate the procuement of the contractor for the works.
