Another Source Of Moisture At The Level Of The Foundations Is The Infiltration Of Rainwater, From The Level Of The Pavement Which Is Destructured And Allows The Infiltration Of Meteoric Waters To The Foundations. On The Facades, There Is Visible Degradation Of The Plasters, Local Dislocations And Expulsions Of Them, Of The Architectural Decorations, Especially In The Areas Of Intersection Between The Rainwater System And Girders, Cornice, The Causes Of These Damages Being The Action Of The Weather, Gutters And Downspouts That Were Leaky, But Which Were Replaced With The Replacement Of The Cover. A Cafe Will Be Organized Between Axes 5-6/A-D. The Rooms On The Ground Floor, Opening Onto The Main Street, Will Host Contemporary Art Exhibits. Between Axes E-G/2-5, The Spaces Will Be Intended For Temporary Exhibitions, Served By A Temporary Warehouse, Located Nearby, Between Axes 5-6/E-H. The Permanent Exhibitions Present To The Public, Based On Previously Conducted Research, Part Of The Reference Heritage Of The Museum. They Include, Selectively, The Most Valuable, Better Preserved And More Representative Works For The Category They Belong To. At This Type Of Exhibition, The Movement Of Heritage Is Slower. Temporary Exhibitions Aim To Present, For A Limited Period Of Time, Sequential Themes Or Subjects. As Their Name Shows, They Are Manifestations Of A Limited Duration, Occasioned By Various Occasions Or Events. Temporary Exhibitions Can Be Organized In Collaboration With Other Museum Institutions Or Holding Objects That Can Serve The Proposed Theme.
