Evaluation Consultancy Services – Consulting And Technical Assistance Services For The Development Of The Evaluation Capacity Of The North-East Regional Program Management Authority 2021-2027. The Consulting And Technical Assistance Services For The Development Of The Evaluation Capacity Of The Management Authority Of The North-East Regional Program 2021-2027 Consist Of The Following Main Activities: 1. Support For Carrying Out The Evaluation Study Provided For In The Evaluation Plan; 2. Assistance In The Development Of The Terms Of Reference For The 3 Evaluations Provided In The Evaluation Plan, Including The Analysis Of The Evaluability Of The Evaluation Themes Related To The 3 Evaluations; 3. Support For Ensuring The Quality Of The Deliverables Of The 3 Evaluations From The Evaluation Plan; 4. The Transfer And Consolidation Of Learning From The Evaluation Process In Order To Create And Develop The Evaluation Capacity And Culture Of The Interested Factors. The Services Are Specified In Chapter 3.4 The Requested Services: The Activities To Be Carried Out, From The Specifications. Incidental Expenses Were Included In The Amount Of 20,710.00 Euros Without Vat, Representing The Value Of Those Goods/Services Corresponding To The Sub-Activity Of Organizing The Exchange Of External Experience (According To Chapter 3.4, Point 4, Letter E, Of The Specifications), For Which, At The Time Of The Preparation Of The Public Procurement Contract Award Procedure, It Was Not Possible To Accurately Determine The Quantities And All The Qualitative Details For The Categories Of Expenses Thus Covered And To Prevent Exposure To Market Fluctuations.
