Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, Eco-Innovation Center Building And Their Bringing, Assembly And Arrangement In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4. A Detailed Description, Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In: Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Material And Price Form And Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract. 5. The Ordering Party Allows For The Execution Of The Order In Parts, Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party As To Their Number And Scope. 6. The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Without Previous Use, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Made Of Safe Materials, Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties, And The Services Must Be Performed With The Utmost Care. 7. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Ready For Operation As Intended, Without Additional Investment Purchases On The Part Of The Ordering Party. 8. The Contractors Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Order Documents. 9. Warranty - The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order For At Least 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments By Both Parties.
