Engineering Services – General And Technical Project Management Assistance Mission For The Gpso Project. As Part Of The Construction Of The New Lines Of Phase 1 (Bordeaux – Toulouse And Bordeaux – Dax), The Gpso Agency (Sncf Réseau Entity Responsible For Managing The Gpso Project) Plans To Create The Infrastructure, Systems And Developments Through Various Public Design-Construction Contracts (Coréa) Likely To Be Distributed According To Geographical And/Or Functional Lots. To Do This, The Gpso Agency Wishes To Use General And Technical Project Management Assistance Skills (Amo Gt) In Order To Support It Throughout The Stages Of Preparation, Handover And Delivery. Execution Of These Contracts To Guarantee The Completion Of The Project In Compliance With The Objectives Set By The Agency. The Mission Entrusted By The Project Owner To The Contractor Covers All Technical, Administrative, Financial And Accounting Tasks To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Of The Planned Construction Operations. The Missions To Be Carried Out Cover All Or Part Of All The Stages Of The Process Of Preparation, Award And Monitoring Of Execution, Reception And Guarantee Of Perfect Completion Of Contracts, Including Assistance In The Conduct Of Operations And Assistance With Line Commissioning. The Missions Also Include Cross-Functional Programming, Coordination And Management Of Risks, Costs, Schedules, Interfaces, Etc. On The Perimeter Of The Entire Phase 1 Of The Gpso Project (Development Of Existing Afsb And Afnt Lines And Other Integration Operations, Connections, Modification Of The Rfn And Creation Of The Necessary Centralized Control Bodies).
