The Services To Be Provided Are Summarized In 5 Work Packages As Follows: Work Package 1 (Wp 1) - “Development Of A Communication Strategy And Implementation Of Education And Information Campaigns For The Population” Within Work Package 1, A Comprehensive Communication Strategy Is To Be Developed, Which Forms The Basis For A Regional Citizen- And Service Provider-Centered Education And Information Campaign In The Entire Middle And Upper Franconia Region. Initial Evaluations Of The Scientific Support For Digital Competence (Dissemination, Acceptance And Level Of Knowledge Of Digital Care Solutions) Among The Population As Well As Among Service Providers (Evaluation As Part Of Ap 3 “Skills & Training”) Form The Basis For The Development Of The Communication Strategy. Subsequent Evaluations/Surveys Then Determine The (Positive) Impact Or Effectiveness Of The Communication Strategy On The Digital Competence Of The Population Within The Middle And Upper Franconia Region. The Communication Strategy, In Turn, Forms The Framework For The Education And Information Campaigns Aimed At The Population, The Activities Regarding Service Provider Institutions (Wp 3) As Well As For Project Marketing/Management. Work Package 2 (Wp 2) - “Digital Transformation Of Care Processes In Health And Nursing Care” Within Work Package 2, Existing Care Processes In The Health Care System Are Analyzed And Hurdles Are Identified Using Various Measures (Described Below). Assessing The Current State Is The Prerequisite For Developing And Testing New And Digital (Target) Care Processes. The Focus Here Is On The Described Technical Applications Of The Telematics Infrastructure As Well As On The Digitalization Strategy Presented By The Bmg And The Draft Laws For The Digitalization And Health Data Use Act (Digig And Gdng). Existing And Future Ti Services And Applications Are Being Piloted In The Ti Model Region. The Aim Of The “Health Care By Your Side” Project Is To Analyze Corresponding Work Processes In Care (Actual Status) And To Convert Them Into Qualitatively Improved Target Care Processes. Ap 2 Is Intended To Lay The Foundation For The Digital Transformation Of Health And Care Provision In Bavaria And To Implement Digital Care Processes Across Sector Boundaries.
