The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of A Set Of Buildings At The Site Of The Original Brownfield Of The Bekon Complex In Hrádek Nad Nisou Near Václavská Street. The Main Part Of The Set Of Buildings Are Three Buildings: The City Archive And Depository (Approx. 22.5 X 17 X 12.5 M), The Polyclinic (Approx. 35.5 X 33 X 14 M) And The Sports House (Approx. 24 X 25.5 X 18 M). These Are New Buildings With A Load-Bearing Reinforced Concrete Structure Based On Piles, Flat Green Roofs, Heat-Insulating Fillings Of Openings Made Of Aluminum Profiles And A Contact-Insulated Outer Shell Supplemented With Metal Or Brick Cladding. Two Buildings Are Three-Story And One Four-Story. Two Buildings Have A Basement That Is Designed For Parking. On Two Buildings, The Pv Plant Is Located On The Roofs And On One Building On The Facade. Each Building Is Equipped With An Elevator, In One Case Two (One Evacuation). The Buildings Will Be Heated With Ground/Water Heat Pumps, And Underground Wells Will Be Built With Connection Lines For Individual Buildings. The Buildings Are Ventilated With Vzt, Partially Supplemented With Cooling. The Buildings Are Equipped With An Access System And Ems, And In Two Cases Also Eps. In One Building, A Small Catering Business - Buffet Is Proposed. A Data Center With A Double Floor And A Rack Archiving System Are Designed In One Building. A Gas Shz Is Proposed In One Building. Compressed Air Distribution Systems Are Designed In One Building.
