The Subject Of The Order Is The General Contractor Services Including All Necessary Planning Services And Obtaining The Necessary Building Permit For The Turnkey Construction Of The Parking Garage Described In The Planning + Construction (C1) Service Description, The Associated Ancillary Work And The Provision Of Special Equipment Elements. In Addition, The Contractor Will Also Be Entrusted With The Maintenance And Inspection Of The Structure And The Building Services In Accordance With The Statements In The Maintenance + Inspection Service Description (E1) For A Period Of At Least 5 Years.
