Architectural Design Services - Property Planning (Lph 1 - 9 According To Hoai 2021) And Requirements Planning (Phase Zero) For The Expansion Of The Unesco School - 2Nd Construction Phase In Kamp-Lintfort. Property Planning (Lph 1 - 9 According To Hoai 2021) And Requirements Planning (Phase Zero) For The Expansion Of The Unesco School - 2Nd Construction Phase In Kamp-Lintfort 1. The Client Intends To Award The Contractor The Architectural Services As Property Planner. Completion Of The Project Is Scheduled For July 2027. Further Dates Can Be Found In The Attached Schedule And Will Be Regulated In The Contract To Be Concluded. The Contractor Has All Basic Services For The Service Phases Assigned To Him, As Described In Part 3 Section 1 § 33 Ff. Hoai 2021 And In Appendix 10 To The Hoai 2021 And Listed As Examples There And In Appendix 1 Of This Service Description, Taking Into Account The Contractual Components In To Provide The Rest. The Contractor Also Takes On The Following Listed Additional Services In Accordance With Point 2 In The Course Of The Respective Service Phase. Some Of The Services Must Be Processed Across Stages Or Phases And Adapted To The Respective Planning Status. Special Services That Result From The Description Of Appendix 10 To The Hoai 2021 And Are Listed There As An Example And Are Listed Under Point 2 Of This Appendix Are To Be Provided By The Contractor Upon Request By The Client, Taking Into Account The Rest Of The Contractual Components And Those To Be Specified Separately In Each Individual Case To Provide Remuneration.
