The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Draft Contract, In The Design Documentation, Including The Land Development Design And Detailed Design, Which Is Specified In The Form Of A Technical Description Or Drawings Or Simultaneously In The Description And Drawings. Both The Technical Description And Drawings (Graphic Part) Of The Projects Are Equivalent And Describe The Subject Of The Order.1.5. Incl. Decision 1264 Of December 18, 2020), As Well As Those That Will Be Issued In The Course Of The Works;20) (If Necessary) Replacing The Soil, Drainage Of Excavations And Performing Any Temporary Works Necessary To Secure The Construction Site And Adjacent Areas Against Damage Or Contamination;21) Be Liable For Any Damage Occurring On The Construction Site From The Date Of Its Acceptance;22) Obtain A Certificate Of Completion Of Construction Works In Accordance With Art. 54 Of The Prbud Act, Including The Preparation Of All Documents Necessary To Obtain This Certificate.
