Dn25mm Fire Hydrants Were Designed In The Facility. Fire Protection Installation Should Be Made Of Galvanized Steel Pipes. Hp25 Hydrant Cabinets Will Be Equipped With Nozzles And A 30 M Long Semi-Rigid Hose. The Facility Has A Double-Sided Hydrant Installation Loop. Shut-Off Valves With A Lever Position Indicator Should Be Provided At The Connection To The Loop (Clear Marking Whether The Valve Is Open Or Closed). Due To Insufficient Pressure In The Utility Water, It Was Assumed That A Pump Set To Raise The Pressure With A Capacity Of At Least 7.2 M3/H And A Lifting Height Of Approximately 50.0 M H2o Was Required. Minimum Pressure At The Nozzle Outlet 0.2 Mpa. Capacity Of One Hp25 Hydrant – 1.0 Dm3/S. The Calculations Assumed Simultaneous Consumption From Two Active Hp25 Hydrants. The Hydrant Installation Will Operate As Irrigated. On The Branch Of The Fire Protection Installation. Install An Ea Dn50 Type Anti-Contamination Check Valve And A Shut-Off Valve From The Utility Water Pipe. The Hydrant Installation Running Under The Ceiling Should Be Insulated With Anti-Dew Insulation And Rubber Insulation. A Pump Set For Pressure Boosting With A Capacity Of At Least 7.2 M3/H And A Lifting Height Of Approx. 50.0 M H2o Was Designed, Equipped With Two Pumps With An Electric Power Of 2.2 Kw Each And A Voltage Of 400 V ( Only Alternating Operation) Including One Reserve With A Testing Kit. The Set Should Have The National Declaration Of Performance And Be Marked With The B Sign. After Assembly, But Before Insulation, The Installation Should Be Inspected In Terms Of: - The Use Of Appropriate Materials And Fittings (Certificates And Technical Approvals Required), - Correctness Of Soldered And Threaded Connections, - Correctness Execution Of Supports And Mounting Brackets. Before Performing Mandatory Tightness Tests Of The Installation, Fill The Installation With Water Passed Through Water Purifying Filters So That No Air Pockets Are Created. The Water Supply System Should Be Subjected To A Tightness Test At A Pressure 1.5 Times Higher Than The Working Pressure. After Testing, Rinse The Installation To Remove Any Assembly Contamination. Rinse With Water From The Water Supply System, Passed Through The Filter. Install Taps Only After Rinsing The Installation. After Completing The Installation, Perform A Pressure Test According To Pn-81/B-10725, To A Pressure Of 1.0 Mpa. After Obtaining A Positive Result From The Pressure Test, Rinse The Pipeline With Tap Water For Approx. 30 Minutes. For The Maximum Expenditure Of Water Intake Points. Disinfect The Pipeline With Sodium Hypochlorite (50 Mg Cl/Dm3) Within 24 Hours. After Disinfection, The Pipeline Should Be Filled With Water Again And A Bacteriological Analysis Should Be Performed. Scope: - Pipelines With A Nominal Diameter. 50 Mm Galvanized Steel - 328.0 M, - Pipelines With A Nominal Diameter. 32 Mm Galvanized Steel - 189.6 M, - Complete Internal Wall Hydrants - 23 Sets, - Fire Pump Set. – 1 Set,- Three-Phase Emergency Power Supply – 1 Set,- Finishing And Construction Works.
