The Documents Constitute Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 3. Construction Works Should Be Divided Into Two Stages With Appropriate Tight Protection - Separating The Rooms With Plasterboard Walls. A Covered Temporary Driveway For Ambulances Should Be Organized And Marked In Accordance With The Traffic Organization Change Project. 4. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As Not To Interfere With Areas Excluded From The Scope Of Works (Operating Room, Paks Room), Except For The Installation Of Ssp In Them After Prior Arrangements With Users. 5. Training Of Staff In The Use Of Technical Equipment And Modernized Installations. Preparation Of Operating Instructions For Individual Installations, Systems And Devices. 6. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Graphic And Descriptive Form In Paper Version (2 Copies) And Electronic Version (2 Copies) For Works Where Changes Were Introduced That Differ From The Designs Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Designer.7. Providing As-Built Documentation Of The I&C Installation For The Installed Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning Systems. 8. The Contractor Will Perform All Maintenance And Operational Activities In Accordance With The Developed Operating Instructions During The Warranty Period Without Any Costs Incurred By The Ordering Party. 9. Conditions For Medical Gas Installations: A) In Accordance With The Act On Medical Devices Of May 20, 2010 (Journal Of Laws No. 107, Item 679 Of 2010) And The Medical Directive 93/42/Eec And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of November 5, 2010 (Journal Of Laws No. 215, Item 1416 ) Pipeline System For Medical Gases Is A Class Iib Medical Device. Like Any Medical Device, In Order To Be Put Into Use, In Accordance With Art. 11 Of The Medical Devices Act, It Must Be Marked With The Ce Mark And In Accordance With Art. 58 Of The Act On Medical Devices Must Be Reported To The Register Of Medical Devices. B) The Contractor Must Have A Current Iso 13485:2016 Certificate In The Field Of Design And Development, Manufacturing, Distribution, Installation And Servicing Of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems Issued By An Accredited Notified Body, Which Authorizes The Certification Of The Completed Installation As A Medical Device And Marking It With The Ce Mark.C) After Completing The Installation, An Acceptance Procedure Must Be Carried Out, Which Involves Checking The Installation, Carrying Out Detailed Tests And Examinations, Marking The Installation, Cross Connections, Clinical And Operational Alarms, Contamination, Mechanical Strength And Tightness Of Pipeline Systems, Zone Shut-Off Valves, And Medical Gas Consumption Points. The Acceptance Procedure Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Standard Pn-En Iso 7396 Pipeline Systems For Medical Gases And Vacuum. D) The Installation Must Be Ce Marked As A Medical Device And Receive Its Identification Number And Declaration Of Conformity. An Individual Instruction Manual Must Be Prepared For The Medical Gas Pipeline System And Complete As-Built Documentation Must Be Provided. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order: - Min. 60 Months – Max. 84 Months
