Agricultural Transport Road In The Town Of Kryniczno, Plot No. 410, 411/7 Dr, 170 M Long, Hydraulically Stabilized Base Course, Double-Surface Hardened Surface Layer. 714.00 M2. Agricultural Transport Road In The Town Of Przedmost, Plot No. 209, 212, 596 M Long, Hydraulically Stabilized Base Course, Double-Surface Hardened Running Layer On The Area. 2,294.60 M2. Scope Of Work: Measurement Works, Mechanical Trenching To A Depth Of 10 Cm In The Ground Along The Entire Width Of The Road And Sidewalks, Construction Of A Foundation Made Of Soil Stabilized With A Hydraulic Binder In The Amount Of 38 Kg/M2, Layer 40 Cm Thick, Substructure Made Of Crushed Aggregate - An Upper Layer Of Compaction 8 Cm, Sprinkling The Road Surface With Asphalt, Surface Consolidation Of The Road Surface With A Double Scattering Of Stone Grit, 8-11 Mm, Surface Consolidation Of The Road Surface With A Double Scattering Of Stone Grit, 2-5 Mm, Earthworks Earthworks For Spreading Fertile Soil Vertical Adjustment Of Wells For Water Supply Valves And Gasvertical Regulation Of Manholes For Canal Manholes. The Ordering Party Allows For Soil Stabilization From The Transport. The Storage Location, The Cost Of Soil Disposal And The Cost Of Organizing Replacement Traffic Should Be Included In The General Construction Costs. The Bidder Will Attach A Simplified Cost Estimate To The Offer Along With Price Factors R - Labor, Z - Profit, Kp - Indirect Costs, M - Material Cost Estimate Settlement. A Detailed Description Of The Order Can Be Found In The Technical And Cost Estimate Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Work And Their Compliance With The Technical And Cost Estimate Documentation, Contract, Technical Specifications, Explanations To The Swz And The Ordering Partys Instructions, Including The Instructions Of The Supervision Inspector. The Technical And Cost Estimate Documentation Attached To The Swz And All Additional Documents Provided To The Contractor Constitute Part Of The Contract, And The Requirements Specified In At Least One Of Them Are Binding For The Contractor As If They Were Included In The Entire Documentation. In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Arrangements In Individual Documents, The Following Order Of Validity Applies: 1) Technical Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications 3) Bills Of Quantities, 4) Swz Together With Explanations And Introduced Modifications, 5) Contractors Offer, 6) Agreement, 7) Schedule Material And Financial The Proper Names Of Materials Provided In The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities Should Be Treated As Examples. The Ordering Party Allows In The Offer And Then The Use Of Other Equivalent Materials And Devices During The Execution Of The Works Than Those Specified In The Design Documentation, Provided That The Technical, Technological, Quality And Aesthetic Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Documentation. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Will Require At The Stage Of Execution Of The Works Submitting Appropriate Documents That Will Validate The Materials And Devices Proposed By The Contractor. The Contractor Proposing Devices And Equivalent Materials Must Prove That The Proposed Replacement Element Meets The Listed Requirements Both In Technical And Qualitative Terms, Along With A Statement That The Proposed Device Is Equivalent To The One Proposed In The Documentation, Which To His Destination. The Concept Of Equivalent Devices And Materials Should Be Understood As Devices And Materials That Guarantee The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Issued Building Permit And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. It Is Necessary To Provide The Name Of The Manufacturer, A Precise And Unambiguous Type Of Device Or Material, And To Attach The Necessary Documents, Such As: A Photo Of The Product, Pzh Certificate, Manufacturers Declaration Of Conformity/Technical Approval, Manufacturers Catalog Card Containing All Technical And Operational Parameters Along With The Operating Characteristics Of The Devices Included In The Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To The Proposed Equivalent Devices Being Prototypes Or Test Devices. It Is An Absolute Requirement That These Devices Be Proven Devices Working In Other Completed Facilities. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Inspect And Check The Operation Of An Equivalent Device Operating At The Indicated Facility. By Presenting Equivalent Solutions, The Contractor May Not Infringe The Rights Of Third Parties Under Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights And Other Rights And Declare That The Production And Sale Required For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Do Not Is Conducted In Violation Of The Principles Of Fair Competition. The Ordering Party Allows The Subcontractor To Perform Part Of The Construction Works Contract. In The Event Of Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer (Offer Form) The Part Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To A Subcontractor, And That The Contractor Provide The Names (Companies) Of The Subcontractors On Whose Resources The Contractor Relies On The Principles Set Out In Art. 22A Of The Public Procurement Law, In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings Referred To In Art. 22 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. If The Change Or Resignation From The Subcontractor Concerns The Entity Whose Resources The Contractor Relied On, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Art. 22A Of The Public Procurement Law, In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings Referred To In Art. 22 Section Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate To The Ordering Party That The Proposed Other Subcontractor Or The Contractor Independently Meets Them To An Extent Not Less Than That Required During The Contract Award Procedure. Employment Responsibilities:1. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below During The Execution Of The Order Construction Of Agricultural Transport Roads - Earthworks And Substructure Profiling - Backhoe Loader And Grader Operator - Cement-Stabilized Surfaces With A Double Surface-Fixed Driving Layer . Asphalt Concrete - The Paver Operator Must Have Minimum Employment Of Employees Based On An Employment Contract, I.E.: At Least 4 People Based On An Employment Contract, Including: At Least 2 Employees For Bituminous Works, At Least 2 Employees, Backhoe Loader And Grader Operator, Period Of Required Employment - Time Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order
