The Concept Of Equivalent Devices And Materials Should Be Understood As Devices And Materials That Guarantee The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Issued Building Permit And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. It Is Necessary To Provide The Name Of The Manufacturer, A Precise And Unambiguous Type Of Device Or Material, And To Attach The Necessary Documents, Such As: A Photo Of The Product, Pzh Certificate, Manufacturers Declaration Of Conformity/Technical Approval, Manufacturers Catalog Card Containing All Technical And Operational Parameters Along With The Operating Characteristics Of The Devices Included In The Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To The Proposed Equivalent Devices Being Prototypes Or Test Devices. It Is An Absolute Requirement That These Devices Be Proven Devices Working In Other Completed Facilities. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Inspect And Check The Operation Of An Equivalent Device Operating At The Indicated Facility. By Presenting Equivalent Solutions, The Contractor May Not Infringe The Rights Of Third Parties Under Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights And Other Rights And Declare That The Production And Sale Required For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Do Not Is Conducted In Violation Of The Principles Of Fair Competition.
