The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In Performing The Duties Of A Construction Supervision Inspector As Part Of Investors Supervision Over Construction Works Performed As Part Of Post-Consolidation Development Works In The Scope Covered By Projects Regarding Consolidation Of Land Located In The Jarosław District, Implemented Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020.2. The Subject Of This Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts Implemented Under The Following Names: 1) Part No. 1: Investors Supervision Over Works Carried Out In The Scope Of Land Consolidation Located In The Area Of ​​The Village Of Kramarzówka, Pruchnik Commune Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020, Performed In The Design And Build System;2 ) Part No. 2: Investors Supervision Over Works Carried Out In The Scope Of Land Consolidation Located In The Area Of ​​Chorzów Village, Roźwienica Commune Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020, Carried Out In The Design And Build System.3. Part No. 1: Investors Supervision Of Works Carried Out In The Scope Of Land Consolidation Located In The Area Of ​​The Village Of Kramarzówka, Pruchnik Commune Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020, Carried Out In The Design And Build System Includes Supervision Of Construction Works, Which Include: 1) Construction And Reconstruction Of Access Roads To Agricultural And Forest Land And Access Roads To The Buildings Of Individual Consolidation Participants; 2) Construction Of Culverts Under The Roads With Reinforcements Of Inlets And Exits To The Plots; 3) Construction, Renovation And Correction Of The Course Of Water Drainage Devices, I.E. Drainage Ditches And Drainage And Water Disposal Systems, As Well As Improving Their Technical Parameters, Constructing Fords On Streams Ensuring Access To The Plots; 4) Land Reclamation, Including The Removal Of High And Unnecessary Balks, Slopes And Fallow Land, Ravines And Old Roads By Fertilizing Soil, Plowing And Harrowing, Anti-Erosion Protection And Removal Of Trees And Bushes;5) Other Works, Including: Reconstruction Of Fences, Construction Of Fords, Lining The Slope And Ditch With Concrete Slabs, Securing A Deep Well, Construction Of A Covered Ditch.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Scope Of Construction Works Subject To Supervision Under Part No. 1 Of The Order Is Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.5. The Duties Of The Contractor / Investor Supervision Inspector As Part Of The Supervision Will Include In Particular: 1) Representing The Ordering Party On The Construction Site By Exercising Control Over The Compliance Of The Works With The Design And Technical Documentation, The Contract Concluded With The Contractor, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Applicable Technical Standards And The Principles Of Knowledge. Technical And Construction Skills; 2) The Number Of Visits Of The Supervision Inspector At The Place Of Work Must Ensure Proper And Effective Supervision Of The Progress Of The Works And Will Result From Current Needs. The Supervision Inspector Undertakes To Visit The Construction Site At Least Once A Week, Documenting The Visit With The Necessary Entry In The Construction Log;3) Checking The Quality Of The Works Performed And Built-In Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective Products And Products Not Approved For Trading And Use In Construction;4) Active Participation In Consulting The Initial Concept Of Design Documentation; 5) Checking And Acceptance On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Of All Construction Works, Including Those That Are Covered Or Disappearing, Participating In Technical Tests Of Installations, Technical Devices And Cables, As Well As Accepting Ready-Made Building Elements And Putting Them Into Use; 6) Participating In Committees, Meetings And Conferences Construction Regarding The Implementation Of The Investment In Question;7) Checking And Confirming The Works Actually Performed, Removing Defects And Controlling Construction Settlements, Approval For Payment Of Bills And Invoices Submitted By The Contractor Of Construction Works;8) Checking The Correctness Of Keeping The Construction Log And Making Entries In It Confirming All Circumstances Relevant To Importance For Assessing The Proper Performance Of Works;9) In The Case Of Settling The Performance Of Construction Works Subject To Supervision Under This Contract, Supervision Inspectors Are Obliged, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Receiving From The Contractor Of Construction Works Subject To Supervision Under This Contract, A List Of Completed Construction Works/Works Subject To Supervision Partial Acceptance Together With The Settlement Of Their Value, Check The List Of Values ​​Of The Completed Construction Works/Works, Settle Their Values, Make Any Corrections To The Submitted Statement, Confirm The Amounts Due To The Contractor, And Then Accept The Construction Works/Works Subject To Partial Acceptance In Accordance With The Received Statement; 10) Carrying Out The Final Acceptance Of Construction Works Subject To Supervision Under This Contract Within The Time Specified In The Contract With The Construction Contractor, From Which He Will Prepare An Appropriate Report And Submit It To The Ordering Party; 11) Completing And Handing Over To The Ordering Party Documents Enabling The Assessment Of The Correct Execution Of The Subject Of Acceptance, And In Particular Handing Over :• Construction Log, • As-Built Documentation, • Technical And Partial Acceptance Reports For Construction Works, • Test Reports, • Guarantees, • Technical Approvals, • Quality Approvals And Certificates, • Declaration Of Compliance With Pn, • Material Cards, • Technical Documentation With The Changes Made In The Course Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, If Any, • Geodetic Inventory Carried Out By An Authorized Surveyor; 12) Participation In Post-Acceptance Defect Committees And In Inspections During The Warranty And Guarantee Period For Works Performed By The Post-Consolidation Development Contractor, I.E. A Period Of 60 Months Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party Of Works Covered By Investor Supervision Under This Agreement, Upon Notification To The Ordering Party, Confirmation Of Removal Of Defects And Faults During The Warranty And Guarantee Period, Participation In Post-Warranty Acceptance Of The Investment, Without Additional Remuneration; 13) Performing Activities On Behalf Of The Ordering Party As Part Of Investor Supervision During The Warranty Period, Within The Deadlines Set By The Ordering Party, And In Particular In The Event Of Reporting Defects Caused By Improper Workmanship;14) Final Settlement Of Construction Works With The Participation Of The Construction Works Contractor;15) Keeping Photographic Documentation Of The Investment (State Before, During And After The Implementation Of A Given Element Of The Task ) In Particular Works That Need To Be Covered (E.G. Subgrade Or Road Substructure), Performed Incorrectly Or Late. The Submission Of Photographic Documentation Will Take Place By The 10Th Day Of The Month Following The Month For Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Above Documentation To The Ordering Party, Including The Number Of The Road, Ditch Or Plot Number On Which The Recultivation Is Taking Place, In Electronic Form (Link To The Photograph, Cd, Dvd) Or Paper.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Provisions Of The Swz, The Provisions Of Its Own Offer And The Conditions Specified In Detail In The Provisions Of The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 7.1 To The Swz.
