The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Changing Rooms And Clothes Lockers With Benches Along With An Electronic Opening System, Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment As Part Of The Task Modernization And Renovation Of The Municipal Swimming Pool Of The Sports And Recreation Center In Konstantynów Łódzki At Ul. Kilińskiego 75A, Konstantynów Commune Łódź, Pabianice Poviat.2. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Includes In Particular: 2.1. Delivery And Installation Of New Changing Room Structures, 2.2. Delivery And Installation Of New Cloakroom Cabinets On The Ground Floor And On The Mezzanine, As Well As Benches Under The Cabinets Hanging On The Frame, 2.3. Adapting New Cabinets To New Locks,2.4. Delivery, Assembly, Programming And Commissioning Of New Battery-Powered Cabinet Locks For The Designed Cabinets In A System Compatible With The Existing Cabinet System In The Facility3. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And Install Brand New, Unused, Ready-To-Use Devices As Part Of The Equipment.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz).5. The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz And On The Terms Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Contract Template.6. Equivalent Solutions.6.1. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Trademarks As A Functional And Qualitative Pattern Of The Subject Of The Contract. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Offer Containing Equipment With Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than The Parameters Of The Equipment Specified In The Template, Provided That At The Same Time The Remaining Requirements Specified In The Opz Are Maintained, In Particular In Terms Of Compatibility With The Existing Cabinet System In The Facility.6.2. The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Are Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Proposed Equipment Must Meet The Required Dimensional And Technical Parameters Given In The Description Of Individual Items.6.3. If The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicate The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product, The Ordering Party - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Indicated Directly In The Procedure Documentation, Directly Or Indirectly Identifying The Goods Or Product - Allows Equivalent Solutions. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions From Another Manufacturer Characterized By Technical Parameters, Functionality And Properties Not Inferior To Those Required.6.4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.6.5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In The Case Of Offering Equivalent Products, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach Documents To The Offer (E.G. Technical Sheets, Printouts From The Website And Others) Confirming That The Equivalent Products Meet The Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party In Terms Of Quality And Functionality.
