Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents (available in English only) on or before, 04.06.2024 until 3.00 PM submitting a written request to the Commissioner general, Department of Excise along with the Certificate of CIDA registration and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500.00 to the Accounts Division, 4th Floor, Department of Excise, No 353, Kotte Road, Rajagiriya. All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid-Security" in the form of Bank guarantee which is of the format attached in the Bidding document for the value of Rs. 30,000.00 Bid Security shall be valid for a period of 91 days from the deadline for submission of the Bids (UP to 06.09.2024) or copy of G172 receipt obtained by deposit money to shroff, Department of Excise.
