The Project Described Above Will Lead To The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Activities In Parts: ▪ Architectural ▪ Constructive ▪ Electric ▪ Heating And Ventilation ▪ Energy Efficiency The Implementation Of The Technical Specification For Construction Is Based On The Types Of Smr Determined With The Investment Project For The Specific Building And Based On The Design Technical Solutions Of The Designer. The Following Main Activities Are Planned: • Building A Thermal Insulation System On External Walls And Laying Mosaic Plaster On The Plinth; • Supply And Installation Of New Pvc Joinery, Including Metal External Window Skirting And Internal Window Sills; • Thermal Insulation With Stone Wool Under The Roof On A Ceiling Slab; • Outbuilding Roof Repair, Including Roof Girder, Batten Making, Clapboards, Face Boards, Vapor Permeable Membrane, Laths And Counter Laths, Tiles, Gutters And Downspouts; • Repair Of A Flat Roof, Including Laying Thermal Insulation, Foil And Two Layers Of Bituminous Waterproofing; • Strengthening The Supporting Distances Of A Roof Of A Main Building; • Laying New Cement Screed In Rooms At Elevation -3.14; • Waterproofing Of The Terrace And External Stairs And Installation Of A New Railing; • Replacement Of Existing Lighting With New Energy-Saving Led Lighting Fixtures; • Construction Of A Lightning Protection And Grounding Installation; • Building A Heating/Cooling Installation With Vrf Systems For High-Wall Installation; • Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With Four Photovoltaic Fields Mounted On Horizontal Aluminum Profiles On A Metal Stainless Structure With A Total Installed Power Of Up To 30 Kw; The Full Scope And Comprehensive Listing Of The Activities Owed By The Contractor Are Indicated In The Developed Project Parts Of The Attached Investment Project, Together With The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.
