The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings And The Reconstruction Of The Building Located On Plot No. 38/2 With Internal Installations, Including The Construction Of Connections Necessary For The Operation Of The Facilities At Ul. Parkowa In Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski Along With Land Development As Part Of The Budget Task Construction, Reconstruction And Expansion Of Buildings For The Needs Of Housing - Ul. Parkowa Together With Land Development With Obtaining A Building Permit. 2. The Task Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For: 1) Construction Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Internal Installations Of Cold Water, Hot Water, Sanitary Sewage, Central Heating, Electricity, Telecommunications (Tv/Sat Installation, Fiber Optic Installation, Lan Cabling), Ventilation And External Installations Including The Construction Of Water Connections, Sanitary Sewage, Storm Sewage, Central Heating (From The Municipal Thermal Energy), Hot Water, Electricity (For Each Building Separately) On Plot No. 38/19. 2) Reconstruction - Adaptation Of An Existing Multi-Family Residential Building Located On Plot No. 38/21 (Ul. Parkowa 4) Along With Thermal Modernization, Internal Installations Of Cold Water, Hot Water, Sanitary Sewage, Central Heating, Electricity, Telecommunications (Tv/Sat Installation) , Fiber Optic Installation, Lan Cabling), Ventilation And External Installations Along With The Construction Of Water Connections, Sanitary Sewage, Storm Sewage, Central Heating (From The Municipal Thermal Energy), Domestic Hot Water, Electricity. 3) Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building In The Outline Of The Demolished Building On Plot No. 38/2 With Internal Installations Of Cold Water, Hot Water, Sanitary Sewage, Central Heating, Electricity, Telecommunications (Tv/Sat Installation, Fiber Optic Installation, Lan Cabling) , Ventilation And External Installations Along With The Construction Of Water Connections, Sanitary Sewage, Storm Sewage, Central Heating (From The Municipal Thermal Energy), Hot Water, Electricity.4) Land Development Project Developed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Local Spatial Development Plan. This Project Will Include: A) The Design Of A Fenced Playground For Children, Including For People With Disabilities, And An Outdoor Gym For Adults, B) Retrofitting With Playground Equipment And Fencing Of The Existing Playground Located On Plot 38/18, C) Other Small Architectural Objects Such As: Waste Bins, Benches, Places For Parking Bicycles / Scooters, D) Development Of Biologically Active Areas (Green Areas, Shrubs, Trees) - Designing Zones (Enclaves) Of High And Low Greenery Together With The Use Of Existing Tree Stands And Shrubs, Taking Into Account Different Flowering Periods Shrubs, E) Designing Pedestrian Routes: Sidewalks With The Necessary Equipment: Park Benches (At Least One Bench Near The Staircase Of The Above-Mentioned Buildings), Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks Next To Multi-Family Residential Buildings, F) Designing A Rest Area Near The Water Intake Along With Revitalization And Protection Of The Existing Building, Design Of Pedestrian Routes With Benches, Baskets, Etc., G) Design Of Underground Containers For Collecting Solid Waste Near Residential Buildings, H) Preparation Of A Demolition Project Of Buildings Located On Plot No. 38/21, I) Preparation Of A Parking Lot Lighting Design , Playgrounds, Pedestrian Paths And The Investment Area (Led Luminaires) In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations. 5) Reconstruction Of The Internal Road With Accompanying Infrastructure In Connection With The Existing Communication System Of Ul. Świętokrzyska And Ul. Parkowa (From Ul. Szewieńska). As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Tasks The Contractor Will: A) Prepare An Architectural And Construction Design Together With Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Necessary Documents, B) Develop A Technical Design In Accordance With The Plot Or Area Development Plan And The Architectural And Construction Design, Executive Designs Of All Industries Together With An Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities Works, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works In All Industries, C) Obtains A Final Decision On A Building Permit, D) Prepares An Executive Design For All Industries Along With Tender Documentation. The Area Of ​​The Investment In Question Is Located In A Conservation Protection Zone, Therefore Its Reconstruction, Construction And Expansion Of Facilities Must Maintain The Historical Character Of The Spatial Form (Number Of Storeys, Roof Shape) As Well As The Façade Decoration (Cornices, Friezes, Portals, Pilasters, Window Joinery). Building At Ul. Parkowa 4 Does Not Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location, In Terms Of, Among Others, Thermal Insulation Of Building Partitions And Accessibility Of People With Special Needs. The Building Is In Poor Technical Condition.
