The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Tasks: Task 1 Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor The Task Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor Manufactured In 2023-2024. The Agricultural Tractor Should Be Brand New (Acceptable Production Year 2023-2024), Complete, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Ready For Use, Meeting The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, As Amended), Should Have A Current Approval Allowing For Use On Public Roads In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of June 18, 2013 On The Type Approval Of Tractors. On The Date Of Delivery Of The Tractor, You Must Also Provide Operating And Maintenance Instructions For The Tractor, Devices And Equipment Installed In The Tractor In Polish, Warranty Books For The Tractor And Equipment, Approval Certificate And A Set Of Documents Necessary To Register The Tractor.
