The Subject Of The Task Is The Reconstruction And Renovation Of Some Rooms In The Building Of The Zus Inspectorate In Jarosław, Along With The Reconstruction Of The Interior. Installation: Electricity, Water And Sewage, Central Heating And Construction Of Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations, As Well As Renovation Of The Driveway For Disabled People And External Stairs, Along With The Renovation Of Terrain Elements. The Scope Of Works For This Task Includes, Among Others: - Demolition And Dismantling Works Of Selected Building Elements - Renovation Of The Vestibule (Main Entrance) Along With With Installation Of Sliding Doors - Replacement Of Glass Walls With Installation Of Sliding Doors, Opening Automatically (External Entrance Doors And Internal Doors From The Vestibule To The Rest Of The Building). - Reconstruction Of Ground Floor Rooms, Including: Installation Of Partition Walls On The Ground Floor, Bricking Up Selected Openings, Partial Bricking Up Window Openings And Replacement Of Windows, Widening Door Openings, Piercing New Technological Openings, Dismantling And Replacing Door Joinery. The Layout Of The Ground Floor Rooms Should Be Changed, With A Separate Zone For Zus Customers, A Customer Service Room Divided Into A General Part And Two Substantive Parts, And A Separate Social Room For Employees. - Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities And Replacement Of Sanitary Equipment On All Floors. In Addition, Demolition Of Brick Walls Between Toilet Cabins And Replacing Them With System Partition Walls Made Of Compact Laminate In Order To Increase The Width Of Toilet Cabins. Additionally, In Some Sanitary Facilities, Construction Of Walls Separating The Rooms With Toilet Cabins From The Vestibule Where The Sinks Are Located. Replacement Of Wall And Floor Coverings And Replacement Of Sanitary Equipment. - Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Electrical Installation. - Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Water, Sewage And Central Heating Installations. (Replacement Of Radiators) - Adaptation Of The Hydrant System To Fire Protection Regulations, - Construction (Installation) Of A Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning System, - Renovation Of The Driveway For Disabled People, Adapting It To Applicable Regulations, - Renovation Of External Stairs At The Main Entrance, - Renovation Of The Hardening Of The Area, Including: In Front Of The Main Entrance, On The Northern Side Of The Building, Strips Along The Northern Wall Of The Building - Elimination Or Change Of Location Of Selected Elements Of Small Architecture (Including Benches, Bicycle Racks, Concrete Flower Bed) - Strengthening The Slope With Concrete Openwork Slabs, Replacing Drainage Channels - As Well Other Works Not Listed Above And Described In Detail In The Technical Documentation. Detailed Solutions Are Included In The Renovation Documentation, I.E. Construction Design, Detailed Design, Work Execution Specifications And Bills Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove And Dispose Of Waste Generated During The Works, As Well As Tidy Up The Space In Which Works Will Be Carried Out Every Day After Their Completion. Carrying Out The Works Cannot Prevent The Daily Functioning Of The Office. A Work Schedule Will Be Prepared And Submitted To The Ordering Party Before The Works Commence. The Schedule Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party. The Materials And Equipment That The Contractor Will Use To Perform The Works Should Be Of Good Quality And Approved For Use, And Consistent With The Solutions Imposed By The Designer. Before Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Allows An On-Site Inspection To Be Carried Out. The Required Warranty Period Is A Minimum Of 36 Months For The Construction Works Performed From The Date Of Issuing And Signing The Works Acceptance Protocol By The Contractor And The Ordering Party. The Required Warranty Period Is A Minimum Of 36 Months For The Installed Devices And Accessories From The Date Of Issuing And Signing The Protocol. Acceptance Of The Works By The Contractor And The Ordering Party. In The Event Of Failure Or Defects In Installed Devices, The Repair Time Should Not Be Longer Than 4 Calendar Days From The Date Of Reporting. If Defects Or Defects In Construction Elements Are Revealed, They Should Be Removed Within 10 Calendar Days From The Date Of Reporting. Inspections And Maintenance Of Installed Devices Should Be Performed At A Frequency Specified By The Manufacturer, But At Least Once A Year. Order Fulfillment Time Up To 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide Declarations Of Performance Of The Materials Used, Warranty Cards And Technical Documentation For The Operation Of The Installed Devices. The Contractor Will Complete All Formalities Related To The Implementation Of The Task In Question That Are Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Building Elements And Installed Devices. .
