Tenders are invited for Selection of Two Consultants (One Team Leader and One Technical Expert) for the Implementation of a SMS Gateway and Alert System at the National Employment Department. 1. The Ministry of Public Service, Administrative and Institutional Reforms is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Selection of Two Consultants (One Team Leader and One Technical Expert) for the Implementation of a SMS Gateway and Alert System at the National Employment Department. 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: CIVILSERVICE/IFB/2024/189 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per key activity schedule. 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per key activity schedule. 5.
